It depends on how much there is and how hard it is to get out. A mattress by the front door and a basement full of furniture are very different jobs, which is why there's no price list. The quote is free, you get it before we start, and nothing gets tacked on afterwards.

Yes. E&W Junk Removal is an LLC and carries general liability insurance. If you need a certificate for a building manager or a property manager, ask and we'll send it.

No. We carry it out from wherever it is — upstairs, basement, garage, backyard — and that's included in the price. No need to move it, stack it or take anything apart first. Your only job is pointing.

Almost anything that isn't hazardous: furniture and mattresses, sofas and bed frames, appliances, water heaters, televisions, safes, exercise equipment, clothing and cardboard, garden sheds, playsets, grills, large tree stumps, tires, masonry like brick, pavers and concrete, and office furniture including cubicles and file cabinets.

Hazardous material: chemicals, paint and asbestos. TODO_CLIENT: whether fuel, propane tanks, medical waste and anything else belong on this list too, and what a customer should do with them instead

Anything still usable goes to donation instead of the landfill — it's the part of the job Ed and Whit care about most. Metal and yard waste are recycled where possible, and the rest is disposed of properly. TODO_CLIENT: which charities and recyclers you use, by name, so we can say where things actually go. No percentages unless you can back them up

Yes. Tell us the date the house has to be empty and we plan the job back from it, room by room, attic, basement and garage included.

Sheds, decks, playsets and swing sets, including sheds built on site rather than from a kit. It comes down and goes in the truck the same visit, so there's no pile left on the lawn waiting for a hauler.
