We clear whole houses across the Main Line and Chester County — estates, downsizing moves and hoarded homes — and we work back from the day it has to be empty.
Tell us the date and we plan around it. Ed and Whit walk the house with you, quote the whole job, then clear it room by room: furniture, appliances, boxes, the attic, the basement, the garage. You don't need to sort anything into piles or carry anything outside.
This is often a hard week for the family, so how it's done matters as much as how fast. We work at your pace, we don't pass judgment on what's in the house, and anything worth donating is set aside instead of going in with everything else.

We haul it and sweep up
We carry everything out from wherever it's sitting, load the truck and leave the space clear. Anything still usable gets a second life through donation.

Yes. Tell us the date the house has to be empty and we plan the job back from it, room by room, attic, basement and garage included.
Anything still usable goes to donation instead of the landfill — it's the part of the job Ed and Whit care about most. Metal and yard waste are recycled where possible, and the rest is disposed of properly. TODO_CLIENT: which charities and recyclers you use, by name, so we can say where things actually go. No percentages unless you can back them up
No. We carry it out from wherever it is — upstairs, basement, garage, backyard — and that's included in the price. No need to move it, stack it or take anything apart first. Your only job is pointing.
It depends on how much there is and how hard it is to get out. A mattress by the front door and a basement full of furniture are very different jobs, which is why there's no price list. The quote is free, you get it before we start, and nothing gets tacked on afterwards.
