When you call
Tell us what needs to go
Call or send the form. Ed or Whit will want to know what it is, which floor it's on and whether there's a date you're working to.
Before anything moves
You get a price
One price for the whole job, carrying included. If you'd rather not go ahead, no hard feelings and no charge.
On the day
We haul it and sweep up
We carry everything out from wherever it's sitting, load the truck and leave the space clear. Anything still usable gets a second life through donation.
Nothing goes in the truck until you've said yes to the price.

TODO_CLIENT: the minimum charge, and whether a single item — one mattress, one fridge — is worth a trip on its own
Hazardous material: chemicals, paint and asbestos. TODO_CLIENT: whether fuel, propane tanks, medical waste and anything else belong on this list too, and what a customer should do with them instead
TODO_CLIENT: which items carry a disposal fee, if any — mattresses, fridges, tires and TVs are the usual ones, and customers expect to be told up front
